KurzImmo only rents apartments in Basel-Stadt. The range of apartments on offer ranges from 1 ½ – 6 rooms. We also offer restaurants, single-family homes, commercial premises as well as band and music rooms.

All Kurz Immo apartments are located either in attractive, quiet and preferred residential areas with lots of green spaces or in the urban center.

We see ourselves not only as landlords of residential and commercial space, but also as a comprehensive service provider. From moving to furnishing to secretarial work, we offer flexible, professional services.

Our demands on a pleasant living environment are high. That’s why it’s important to us that bathrooms and kitchens also have daylight. It is part of our philosophy that at Kurz Immo you will not find any properties from the structurally and architecturally questionable 1960s. When allocating our apartments, we also pay attention to the sensible composition of the tenants in a house.

We pursue a transparent cost policy. It is important to us that our tenants do not have to deal with non-transparent additional demands, e.g. in the area of ​​energy costs.
